Receiving
Our drivers are experienced with customs at ports of entry, making sure that your freight arrives at the warehouse without delay.
Quality Control/Assurance
Upon arrival at our warehouse our team inspects your container, making sure that all items are accounted for, while keeping an eye out for possible damages.
Palletizing
To make transportation and storage more efficient, DelGate offers palletizing services for your products in our warehouse. We take care of your needs, dividing up your products into whatever dimension fits you best.
Picking / Co-Packing and Labeling
After integrating with your sales system and your products have been stored in DelGate’s warehouse, our trained 24/7 team will fulfill carry out your purchased list order. We carefully select the products from the warehouse shelves and repackage them in your preferred packaging, providing boxes, bags, and shrinkwrap services on site to fit any item. After which a label will be printed and applied with your customers shipping address and your preferred return address.
Inventory Management
Every item is counted and scanned into our system before designating a location within the warehouse. Once updated, you can view your products on our 24/7 inventory management portal, giving you piece of mind day or night.
Damaged/Returned item Disposal
Should an item be damaged upon entry or a customer wishes to return a one-time-use/damaged item, our warehouse provides disposal services. Saving you time and money from returning the item to your address or the manufacturer.
Security
On site security, with at least 2 personnel in the climate controlled facility at all times within our warehouses. A light Inventory check is conducted weekly and full inventory check at the end of the month to make sure everything is accounted for. With insurance, security cameras and alarm systems, you can rest easy with any of our warehouses.
Fully Insured
Your products are insured all the way during their shipping, warehousing and distribution time with us. DelGate warehouse Insurance covers up to $10 million for stored products, plus your items are insured in each truck during the shipment. Additionally we provide up to $2 million in liability coverage.
Remote Business Address
For businesses that want a remote address within Vancouver Canada, DelGate offers a professional remote business address to take care of your local needs. Providing services such as mail scanning and emailing, item returned/storage, and google business address.
